Dr. Ndeye Makalou, PharmD, MS, PMP, is a Portland-based pharma executive and founder of GlobalImpact Bio Consulting, helping biotechs move from scientific discoveries into market-ready products that improve global health outcomes. Her firm offers tailored services in strategic planning, drug development support, commercialization strategy, international market entry and expansion strategies, cross-functional and change leadership, AI-enabled decision support that drives efficiency and growth, and leadership development for high-performance teams. Formerly at Roche/Genentech for over 20 years, she spearheaded initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa, turning boardroom strategies into access to life-saving medicines for over 2000 patients.
She serves on the boards of FOHSEN (Foundation for A Healthy Senegal) and the African Diaspora Network and is a member of the SITC’s Global Access and Impact Committee.
