About me
First elected in 2022, Representative Pham brings a background in health care as a pediatric dentist, a cancer survivor, and a personal perspective shaped by his family’s experience as Vietnamese refugees. His legislative work focuses on improving health care access, behavioral health, and outcomes for children and families. He currently serves as the Chair of the House Behavioral Health Committee and formerly as a member of Governor Brown's Children's Cabinet and a former member of the Oregon Board of Dentistry. Through his work as the Co-Chair of the Oregon Life Sciences Competitiveness Task Force, Rep. Pham is committed to advancing policies that strengthen Oregon’s health care system and support more resilient communities statewide.
